Agricultural Equipment Manufacturer
The agricultural industry has a high standard for the equipment it uses to produce the food we consume and reliable, quality parts are a critical piece of any successful operation. Here at Integrated Manufacturing Solutions we are dedicated to providing our customers with the best products possible to keep their machines running smoothly. Our state-of-the-art, 55,000 square foot facility is designed to leverage the latest in today’s manufacturing technology and allows us to quickly ramp up production on a vast number of different agricultural parts based on our client’s needs. We offer the latest in sheet metal fabrication and forming, laser cutting, and welding, and can handle extremely large powder coating jobs along our 500 foot powder coat mainline. All our production at IMS is done in-house, which means we operate as a single entity that can meet all your agricultural manufacturing needs. Since we don’t use third parties you won’t be affected by issues outside of your control that can slow down your production.
A Trustworthy Partner for your Business
IMS opened our doors back in 2005 and we’re proud to be an American company supporting the upper Midwest from our home just outside of the Twin Cities in Shakopee, MN. Since then, we have invested heavily in both our facility and our employees to capitalize on our industry expertise and pass that knowledge on to our customers. We are an ISO certified agricultural equipment manufacturer, and can produce any part you might need, including parts for machinery such as tractors or skidders, irrigation components for sprinklers, sprayers, and irrigation valves, and more. We maintain excellent relationships with our vendors, which means we can help navigate shortages or supply lead times to make sure you get your products when you need them. Finally, our technical support team is dedicated to your satisfaction, working with our engineers to create high quality design layouts that transfer over to our machines for seamless production.
Flexible Design of Top-Quality Agricultural Parts
Precision is a key component of the design process. At IMS we work closely with our customers to make sure we understand and accommodate all the product design needs prior to starting a production run. We can manufacture a large variety of stock agricultural parts using several different fabrication techniques, and if you don’t see your part or specific technique listed, let us know what you’re looking for and we’ll be happy to help. We’re also here to help you out with your custom parts development and product prototyping. Our IMS engineers can sit down with you to gather product requirements, import them into SolidWorks CAD software, and take them from design all the way to a finished product in a process-driven development environment.
Logistical Experts in Uncertain Times
We understand that sometimes things don’t go according to plan. Over the last seventeen years we’ve learned how to best accommodate shifts in the industry such as supply chain issues, regulations changes, release of new technologies, changes in customer preference or sentiment, and shipping and storage logistics, to name a few. Our goal is to help you navigate these disruptions in the market as smoothly as possible to minimize the impact to your farm or business. This includes being flexible with our production runs, whether you need just one part, a limited run, or a full-scale run consisting of thousands of parts we can manufacture just what you need. We also provide in-house inventory storage for your parts, a large amount of flexibility when it comes to shipping, as well as custom kitting programs that minimize both storage and shipping costs while improving inventory management. We pride ourselves in the relationships we’ve built within the industry over time and aim to leverage those relationships on our customer’s behalf.
