Shakopee, MN – January 13, 2023 – Charlie Pehrson, the Vice President of Operations at Integrated Manufacturing Solutions, has announced a significant donation of sheet metal to the Technology and Engineering Education department at Shakopee High School. The $32,000 worth of sheet steel will be used to support students interested in pursuing careers in the metalworking trade.
The sheet metal donated will provide students with the opportunity to learn various metalworking techniques, including welding and fabrication, using state-of-the-art technology and equipment. These skills are in high demand in the manufacturing industry and can lead to successful careers for those trained in them.
