Our Response to the Covid-19 Outbreak
At IMS, the health and safety of everyone that works for or with us is top of mind. Like many of you, we have been closely following all news regarding the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) and staying up-to-date on how it affects our customers and employees. To keep everyone safe, we have been and will continue to, make necessary changes. At our office, we are increasing cleaning schedules and providing employees with sanitizing wipes. Likewise, we have limited access to communal areas and products (break room, water fountain, etc.) to prevent the spread should anyone unknowingly contract COVID-19. As well as additional preventative sanitary measures, all business-related travel has been postponed in order to prevent the increased risk of exposure to our team or the business partners we work with. We have made it clear that if our employees aren’t feeling well, they should not hesitate to stay home. Employees that are able to, are encouraged to work from home in order to decrease the amount of traffic our office experiences. For the people who are not working from home, we have encouraged them to continue to practice good personal hygiene, and limit close contact with others, in and out of the office.
